1. Acceptance of Terms
Access and use of the Site, including its Services, are provided by Your Rentals on the condition that you accept this Agreement. By using the Site, you agree to comply with this Agreement which is like any written agreement signed by you.

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes, and you also agree that you will not access the Site by any means except through the interface provided by Your Rentals for access to the Site.You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age to use this Site, and confirms that they are fully capable and competent to agree to the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement. As a user of the Site, you agree not to solicit any individuals (landlords, tenants or otherwise) who are also using the Site. We may cancel your access to the Site and/or your user account if you violate this Agreement. Your Rentals can modify or terminate any aspect of the Site without prior notice.
2. The Service
Yourrentals.ca managed by Your Rentals ( The " Company ") is an online service that allows landlords and renters to communicate and store data related to rental properties. The service lists rental property owned by " Landlord ", and individuals who are interested in renting them are referred to as " Renters ". The online service facilitates landlord-renter relationship, including rental property listings, marketing, and communication.
The Company is not responsible for overseeing any lease or agreement between landlords and renters. Therefore, both parties are equally responsible for ensuring that they adhere to the terms outlined in the agreement.

To use certain services on the Site, create a user account (called a "User Account"). Provide accurate, current, complete, and true "Account Information." Update your account information if it changes. providing false information may result in account suspension or termination. You are responsible for all activities on your User Account. Do not transfer or assign your User Account, Account Information, and/or this Agreement to any third party without our written approval. If you suspect that your account is no longer secure, immediately change the affected Account Information using the appropriate update mechanism on the Site, if available.
5. Suspension or Deletion of Account
Your Rentals may suspend or delete your Account and Credentials for any reason, including violation of these Terms.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on Your Rentals’ website is owned by Your Rentals or its licensors and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit or distribute any material from the Site. You can download and use the material for personal use only, keeping the copyright and other proprietary notices intact.
By uploading or posting any content on the Site, you confirm that you are the rightful owner of that content or have obtained necessary licenses or consents to do so. All Listings become the property of Your Rentals upon uploading or posting. Your Rentals can edit, move, or delete any Listing at its discretion.

By using the Site, you agree that Your Rentals.ca will not be held liable for any claims, actions or judgments arising out of or related to any content. Your Rentals.ca may monitor, refuse to publish, remove, delete, move or edit any content without notice, at any time and for any reason, without liability and without providing a refund, if applicable. You are solely responsible for any and all content you submit to Your Rentals.ca, including the right to correct pricing or typographical errors that may occur on the Site. We cannot guarantee or accept any responsibility or liability for the accuracy, currency or completeness of the information on this Site.

This website may provide links to third-party websites. Your Rentals does not endorse or monitor these websites and is not responsible for their content. Running or displaying this website or its information on another website without our written permission is prohibited. Any links to this website must comply with applicable laws and regulations.
The Site may use APIs obtained under license from a third party. Your use of any such APIs is limited to your use of the Site under this Agreement.
9. Indemnification
By using the website, you agree to protect Your Rentals and its affiliates and to defend and hold harmless from any and all claims and liabilities (including legal fees) that may result from your unauthorized use of material obtained through the Site or from your violation of this Agreement. Any such acts conducted through your use of the Site will also be included in this agreement.

Your Rentals site is administered, operated, and controlled from within the Province of Alberta, Canada. The site is accessible from all provinces and territories of Canada, as well as from other countries around the world. By accessing the Your Rentals website, you acknowledge and agree that all matters related to the access or use of this site will be governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta, as well as the federal laws of Canada that are applicable therein without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision, principle or rule and notwithstanding your residence domicile or physical location.

Your Rentals does not verify or screen any listings on our site nor do we have any affiliation with any property, landlord, tenant or individuals who use our site. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted access, no failures, errors, omissions, or loss of information, or that no viruses will be transmitted through our website. No warranties are created by Your Rentals or its Affiliates, whether oral or written, that are not expressly stated herein.
